Translating Vision

  • Shares the vision of the institution and the mission of the unit
  • Takes into account the political context of the EC when defining the team's operational strategy and objectives

Task Management

Managing the organisation

  • Sets clear, challenging and realistic objectives for the team
  • Monitors the progress made towards achieving the set objectives

Organising and prioritising
